# Central Point

# I. What is central point?

The central point can be freely set. It can be set at various positions of the sprite, and different effects would occur at different positions.

Sprite can do some changes related to the central point, like rotation, zoom in/out, and symmetry.

# II. The role of central point

There are two main functions of central point:

# 1. The position of the central point is the coordinate of the sprite

If you change the coordinate of the sprite, the central point would change to that coordinate.

#What is coordinate?

# 2. The central point is related to rotation

The central point is the center position of the sprite's rotation. We can change the its position to achieve different rotation effects.

• # For example:

Setting different central point can achieve different effects when they have the same blocks.

When the central point is "in the middle of the sprite", the rotation effect is: ▼

Tips: When the earth moves around the sun, the central point of the earth's rotation is the center point of the sun.
